Rhubarb Chard
Chard leaves are eaten as spinach and the stems as asparagus. Its vitamin C and mineral content is significant. You can harvest chard several times by removing leaves only, but do not pick more than 1/3 of its leaves at a time. This chard has strong growth. The decorative, red Rhubarb chard retains its beautiful color even after cooking.
All seedlings grow exclusively in our self-made compost and we only feed them with our self-made, plant-based natural fertilizers.
