Our philosophy and services

We established the Dragonfly Garden at the foot of St. George Hill in the Upper Lake Balaton-region together with our partners to become a vital heartbeat of Hungarian rural life and culture. We offer ecological, philosophical, and cultural content that inspires others both in theory and in practice.
Furthermore, through our multilingualism (English, German, French), we aim to open ourselves to other regions of Europe, foster exchange, and share scientific and socio-cultural insights and projects.

Together with experts, we focus on current topics concerning European regions and rural life in general through specialized programs, events, discussions, and workshops.
All of these convey knowledge, tools, and skills that can be applied by interested individuals in a variety of locations.
By local-regional implementation we assist with best practices.

In the Dragonfly Garden, you will also find our Open Music Space in an inspiring environment, for anyone who wants to play music together in various genres and be creatively active at the foot of the beautiful St. George Hill.
